Good Walk Coffee Co.
I love all kinds of coffee, and I just got a new espresso maker, so I’ve been on the hunt for new beans to try. I’d followed Good Walk Coffee on social for a while and finally pulled the trigger. So happy I did.
My son loves spooky season, so the Buff Bo Trick or Tee was an easy pick. Great design, great fit, and it’s a golf shirt my wife loves too. Turns out golf apparel is a lot easier to buy when it’s not just for me.

Buff Bo Golf is a family-owned brand out of Colorado that makes golf apparel for kids. Tees, long sleeves, and hats, all with fun, streetwear-style designs you won’t find in the kids’ section at the pro shop.
I grabbed the Trick or Tee because my son loves spooky season, so this was perfect. A skeleton golfer mid-swing, bats, a jack-o’-lantern, the whole October lineup. He loves the skeleton, and honestly, the design and detail are amazing.
Bonus: my wife loves it too. I’ll take the win.

Went out right after a week of Illinois rain, which was my first mistake. Cart path only, mud everywhere, and I only got through 7 holes. Still a good course with a solid bar and some of the nicest people I’ve run into at a golf course.

Love golf, love pizza even more, and boy do I have a slice sometimes. The Chi Golf Slices tee was an easy pick, and the customer service won me over.

Fast rounds, a good bar, and a pro shop full of good people keep this in regular rotation. Just budget for non-resident rates and don’t expect tour-quality greens.

I’m a sucker for course memorabilia, and a ball marker is the easiest souvenir there is. My original display got discontinued on Etsy, so I hunted down a solid replacement. Holds both magnetic and poker chip markers, comes ready to hang, and you can personalize it.

Probably my favorite course in Chicagoland right now, and I only just found it. Kind of annoyed at myself honestly. I’ve lived in the south suburbs for almost five years and somehow missed this place the whole time.
